My Experience
This is the first time I have ever used silicone in the oven. I was very surprised at how easy it was to use! I baked a batch of oatmeal cookies. They came out perfectly. I let them set on the mat for about a minute to cool before I tried to take them off. Like it says the mat is completely non-stick. I used a spatula to remove them and they slid right off! They were cooked evenly and crispy even on the bottom. I would note that this mat needs to be placed on top of a regular cookie pan. It is easy to clean too. I look forward to trying my candy making skills.
Here is a photo before they went in the oven.

Just after they came out of the oven.

I don't have a photo of them on the plate because they were devoured by my husband and three boys!

Baker's Mat can be purchased here.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
