The Ultimate Potty Training Reward Chart Review

About The Ultimate Potty Training Reward Chart
The Victoria Chart Company is a leading innovator in practical, simple solutions for busy parents who want positive results for their children’s development. Their reward charts engage and motivate children in a fun, interactive way so they can reach their full potential. Founded in 2004 by Victoria Ballard, their mission remains the same: provide parents with the information, tools and support they need to nurture confident, healthy and happy children.

Our Experience
Our youngest, Mr. C, is two years and nine months old. He's shown signs of being ready for potty training for a while, but we start and then something happens and we're back at step one. We read the 10 steps to successful potty training and feel we are ready to try again. The Ultimate Potty Training Reward Chart is great for getting him excited about going potty. He still has the tendency to wait until he is completely tucked into bed before he says he needs to go potty, even if he just went ten minutes earlier. We still give him a reward sticker, but try to explain that he needs to go before bed. Mr. C is often in a rush to get his stickers on the chart, so we slow him down and give them to him as we review the steps. The smily stickers are fun colors and the star stickers are a great 'extra' reward for doing a good job. You can also see that no matter what he feels he must flush! He also liked that he was able to 'write' his own name. The chart is easy to attach with the foam sticker pads. We attached ours to our shower door. I also like that their website has a free printable certificate - ”I am now Potty Trained”. I'm sure Mr. C will be excited to get this soon.
