About O-Sip! Silicone Straw Lids

My son loves to use a straw when he drinks. But this leads to lots of spills from tipping the cup while drinking or overflowing it with lots of bubbles. These lids work well to keep his drinks contained. However, they are difficult to get onto the cup. I made a mess the first time because I filled the cup up too much. I'd say to only fill the cup about half way to give yourself some tipping leeway while trying to get the lid on. These do not come with straws so you need to have your own. We have very thin straws and they fit in the opening just fine. I think larger straws could be a problem, especially if they are flimsy restaurant straws. Overall, these lids keep kids from spilling their drinks if you don't do it first getting the lid on.
