About Beltlock:
Keeping children safe, when traveling in the car, is our priority. When children open the seatbelt securing the car seat it is dangerous for the child and distracting for the driver.
As a parent, you can protect your children by using Beltlock to secure their car seats in place. It fits easily over the seat belt receiver and can be removed without difficulty by an adult.
Beltlock has been designed and made, to very high standards. It is made of high-grade plastic which is highly visible and durable. Beltlock offers peace of mind as it is designed by parents, for parents.
My Opinion:
This is a very clever and useful tool! The hardest part about using it for me was getting my husband to help me install it! I'm not confident in my ability to tighten the seatbelt enough to make the car seat secure. We don't have much of a problem with Mr. C being able to unbuckle the seatbelt while he is in his carseat. Out biggest problem is letting Mr. O buckle and unbuckle his booster seat. It's a tight fit and it is often difficult to see which buckle is the correct one. Beltlock eliminates this concern. I now know that Mr. O is unable to unlock the wrong one. It give me a lot of peace of mind to know that Mr. C is always safe in his seat!
It is also super easy to uninstall! So when it does come time to switch out carseat configuration the Beltlock is easy to remove. It only requires a regular key inserted in the slot to press the buckle release. Ta-da! I hope theses pictures give you a good idea of how the Bletlock works. You can find more pictures and instruction on their website.
