My Husbands Experience
I’ve been training in martial arts for the past 6 years and my knees and ankles swell after training. I’ve been using BenGay, but sometimes it feels like it’s burning my skin. My wife got me some Muscle Care Pain Relieving Gel to try instead. It has a roll on applicator and I found it a little weird at first, I’d squeeze too much out and have to use my hands to transfer the excess to my other knee. I got the hang of applying it quickly. The gel (a little too liquidy) goes on easily and it isn’t sticky and I was able to wash it off my hands. The smell is pretty amazing. Menthol and Peppermint Oil was very pleasant and helped me relax. The feeling on my skin was good and cooling before the mild heat. I like it very much and I think it is great for mild aches and pains.
